Joint Use of Personal Information of Employees, etc. within the Group
Money Forward, Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Group”) may jointly use the personal information of executive officers and employees (including former officers and retirees) obtained by each company within the Group.

- 1. Personal information to be jointly used
- The Group will jointly use the following personal information.
- (1) Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, contact information (address, telephone number, email address, etc.), employee number or other individually assigned identification number, affiliation, position, recruitment category (including distinction between new graduates and former graduates), grade, work history, transfer history, family information, and other information regarding employee attributes (excluding specific personal information).
- (2) Information related to performance reviews, awards, disciplinary actions, salary, social insurance, work status, various celebrations and condolences, and other information related to personnel management and benefits.
- (3) Information on the employee’s education and training history, qualifications, results of various assessments (including FFS diagnostic results), and other information related to the employee’s competencies.
- (4) Information that employees have voluntarily disclosed on information-sharing tools used by the Group.
- 2. Scope of joint use
- Within Money Forward, Inc. and its group companies.
- 3. Purpose of joint use
- The information will be jointly used within the necessary scope for employment management (or similar management for executive officers) and various procedures such as personnel-related administrative work, as well as for the health management of executive officers and employees, and for ensuring a proper working environment.
- Specifically, this includes the following purposes.
- ・To conduct appropriate personnel evaluations.
- ・To implement appropriate allocation of human resources through personnel transfers and other measures within the Group.
- ・To discover and develop human resources and provide educational and training opportunities for the Group’s personnel.
- ・To formulate personnel systems, various personnel-related measures, and personnel policies based on data analyzed or interpreted from personal information.
- ・To create statistical data necessary for the formulation of the Group’s personnel system, various personnel-related measures, and personnel policies, or for announcing information related to these matters.
- Note that the personal information will not be used beyond the scope of the purposes of use of employee personal information in the privacy policy established by each company of the Group.
