Establishment of the Data Analytics Governance Committee and data governance structure
To strengthen our data governance structure for AI development, we established the Data Analytics Governance Committee, composed of the CTO and CxOs. Led by this committee, we strive to enhance defensive governance to support the use of data and the latest technologies such as AI, while continuing to engage in discussions from a wide range of professional perspectives, including those of our executives.
Formulation of and strict compliance with the “Generative AI Usage Guidelines” for all Money Forward Group employees
We have formulated the "Generative AI Usage Guidelines" to provide clear instructions for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of AI. We also strictly enforce compliance through initiatives such as AI-related risk training for the entire Group. Through these efforts, we aim to ensure the proper handling of personal information, reduce the risk of information leakage, prevent copyright infringement, and suppress inappropriate use of Generative AI.
