Guidelines for Handling Corporate Data
When handling corporate data, we process it appropriately based on the intent and terms of the agreement, when such data has been entrusted to us by business users.
In some cases, corporate data may include personal information about individual users.
In such cases, we will handle the personal information in accordance with the purposes of use described in our Personal Data Statement and in the privacy policies of each group company.
Definition of Corporate Data
"Corporate data" refers to data handled through services provided to our business users. This type of data may broadly include financial information and other data related to the business entity.
Some corporate-related data may also contain personal information. In such cases, we handle that personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), as well as each group company’s Privacy Policy, Personal Information Handling Policy, and Information Security Policy.
