Money Forward, Inc. is launching the AI agent “Automated Project Time Entry Agent” to select users within its project cost management system, “Money Forward Cloud Project Cost.” By having the AI enter project time on behalf of users based on their Google Calendar schedules, this agent reduces the input workload for project members and supports accounting personnel in quickly gathering project time data.

“Money Forward Cloud Project Cost” is an individual cost management system that provides total support for a range of cost management tasks, from project time management to individual cost accounting.

The “Automated Project Time Entry Agent”* enters project time on behalf of users by inferring and suggesting the projects worked on based on Google Calendar schedule information. Users can complete their project time entries simply by reviewing the AI’s suggestions, thereby reducing the burden of daily project time entry. Furthermore, by continuously learning work trends based on user feedback, the accuracy of its inferences and suggestions improves the more it is used.

The AI identifies non-work events — such as breaks or personal outings — and automatically labels them as “Excluded from man-hour input.” This allows users to review only the work entries that require input without confusion.
