Money Forward Group will launch “Money Forward Payroll Outsourcing,” an AI managed service that enables companies to outsource a full range of payroll calculation operations to autonomous AI and specialized staff, in September. Through this service, Money Forward supports mid-sized and large businesses, among others, in eliminating personnel dependency for HR and labor managers while driving operational efficiency across the entire back office.

“Money Forward Payroll Outsourcing” is an AI managed service in which autonomous AI processing and specialized staff handle a full range of payroll tasks, ranging from payroll and bonus calculations to attendance data aggregation. Across general payroll operations, combining autonomous processing—such as AI-driven rule learning and data matching, to be rolled out in phases—with flexible delegated execution by specialized staff significantly reduces manual errors and the risk of personnel dependency. In addition to flexibly customizing and offering the required operational scope according to each customer’s business scale, operational challenges, and existing system environments, specialized staff propose optimal workflow design and support through to operational adoption.

Through this service, Money Forward will continue to develop features and enhance services to propose optimal workflows and operational improvements tailored to each company’s current status and challenges, thereby driving efficiency across all back-office operations.
