Money Forward Group Releases “Talent Forward Strategy 2025”

Highlighting Key Topics such as ‘Workplace Transformation through AI Utilization’

The Money Forward Group has released “Talent Forward Strategy 2025,” outlining its strategies and initiatives related to human capital management.

This edition, which follows the first edition in 2024, outlines the “Talent Forward Strategy,” which is the basic philosophy for linking the strengths of each member to business growth. It also includes the results of a survey conducted among all full-time employees across the Group, along with the context behind those findings, thereby enhancing the depth of quantitative data.
The report also highlights key topics such as the significant updates over the past year to our business strategies, namely, the “Strengthening of group management” and “Creating new added value and fundamentally changing the way we work through AI utilization.” These initiatives showcase our efforts to align organizational strategy with business strategy.

Since our foundation, the Money Forward Group has continued to expand both our business and our organization as we work to achieve our mission, “Money Forward. Move your life forward.” The strength of each member working toward this shared goal has been the driving force behind our growth to date.
