Launching “Money Forward Cloud Aptitude Test” and “Money Forward Cloud Survey”*1

Money Forward, Inc. enters the employee engagement area in the HR and labor domain, launching “Money Forward Cloud Aptitude Test powered by MIKIWAME” (hereinafter referred to as “Money Forward Cloud Aptitude Test”) and “Money Forward Cloud Survey powered by MIKIWAME” (hereinafter referred to as “Money Forward Cloud Survey”).

“Money Forward Cloud Aptitude Test” is an aptitude testing service that helps identify high-performing talent. By capturing employees’ personalities as data through personality assessments, the service allows companies to utilize the results for optimal placement. It also allows for the creation of unique recruitment criteria based on company culture, comparison between candidates and current high-performing employees, and analysis of organizational fit with various departments.

“Money Forward Cloud Survey” is a service that helps proactively detect employees’ mental condition and prevent turnover risk by analyzing response patterns due to personality differences and changes from previous survey results. It accurately assesses each employee’s condition, alerting users to those who require immediate attention and making it easy to identify “employees who need care now.”

The service also suggests appropriate care methods tailored to individual personalities and offers self-management advice directly to employees.
